    Offering on a property

Once you have found a property, you will need to complete an Application for Tenancy.

This will also be your chance to agree the proposed move-in date and any special conditions, and will form a basis for negotiations.

    Offer agreed

The property market moves quickly and multiple offers on rental properties are common. It is therefore essential that you organise the following:

References - You will be asked produce proof of address and either your passport, or driving licenceand organise references immediately, these consist of previous landlord, bank employee and/or character references.

Tenancy Agreement - Please ensure you read and sign your Tenancy Agreement.

Payment - Your moving in payment (rent, deposit & Admin fee) must be transferred upon signing the contract.

The property is not secured until all of the above is complete, so please arrange this as swiftly as possible

  • Step 5

    Moving in Day

Collect your keys and move-in information pack from our office.

Please inform all current service providers (council tax, water, electricity, gas and television licence) that you have moved into the property. The telephone numbers of your providers will be included in your move-in information pack provided by your negotiator.

  • Step 6

    During your tenancy

Responsibilities during your tenancy are set out in the Tenancy Agreement, a copy of which will be supplied to you during you move in. Report all repairs through our online "Report Repair" section.

If you do not have internet access, please call our office and speak to a member of staff and they will. Take care of the issue.
