An administration fee of £65 +VAT is payable upon creation of a legally binding Tenancy Agreement and is fully refundable if the landlord withdraws from the letting of the property.

Your rent is always paid in advance so your first instalment will be paid prior to moving in. You will be asked to set up a monthly standing order with your bank. Your negotiator will assist you with this, Housing benefit applications will also be completed in our office.
We accept cheque, cash or bank transfer & Online payments (A late fee of £25 will be due on all late rental payments.)
