Complete Property Management

We provide a complete property management service for clients with single properties right through to extensive property portfolios. Our dedicated staff will provide a personal and professional service to assist with every aspect of the property management.

We look after every process right from the initial listing of your property through to arranging for the properties to be cleaned prior to tenant move-in including providing accompanied viewings, full online tenant application processes that include vetting and credit searches and organising property inventories.

In addition, before the tenancy commences we:

  • make contact with the utility providers to inform them of new tenancy
  • are the first point of contact for the tenant (to deal with any matters that may arise during their stay).
Maintenance

With properties there are often unforeseen maintenance issues. No need to worry; we have a fully qualified and dedicated team that can carry out all repair and maintenance issues that may arise. We always notify our landlords of any maintenance issues and give them the option to instruct their own maintenance contractors before we would issue our own team.

We regularly carry out property inspections, administer all relevant paperwork that needs dealt with in relation to Housing benefit, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, leases and lease renewals to ensure that your property and tenant receives the full attention on a day to day basis.

We are committed to providing an unrivalled service for our landlords and tenants and have invested in technology and online software to make life as simple as possible.

With online access our landlords, for example, can login to their dedicated My Midas Dashboard and check the following:

  • grossing rents in a particular financial year (and download the same for personal use) and
  • maintenance carried out on the property

These are just some of the many added benefits our landlords have with online access.

Reporting Repairs

Streamlining the way in which tenants report repairs has also been looked at and we have now adopted a full online service for our tenants to report any issues. This gives tenants the ability to report repairs at any time of the day as well as keeping a detailed log of any issues.
