In addition, before the tenancy commences we make contact with the utility providers to inform of new tenancy.

Throughout the duration of the tenancy we are the first point of contact for the tenant, this is to deal with any matters that may arise during their stay. With properties there are often unforeseen maintenance issues.

No need to worry; we have a fully qualified and dedicated team that can carry out all repair and maintenance issues that may arise. We always notify our landlords of any maintenance issues and give them the option to instruct their own maintenance contractors before we would issue our own team.

With online access for our clients, our landlords can login to their dedicated Midas Dashboard to check their grossing rents in a particular financial year and have the ability to download this information for their own use as well as finding out what maintenance has been carried out in a particular property. These are just some of the many added benefits our landlords have with online access.

Streamlining the way in which tenants report repairs has also been looked at and we have now adopted a full online service for our tenants to report any issues they have not only giving them the opportunity to report repairs at any time of the day, but also to keep a detailed log of any issues.
