Leaving your property
You will be contacted by Midas to arrange your check-out and inventory.
It is your responsibility to arrange for the property to be professionally cleaned; this can be arranged through Midas if you need assistance. (cost to be covered by the Tenant)
At the end of the tenancy you must notify all service providers (council tax, water, electricity, gas and television licence) of your departure and provide meter readings as well as your forwarding address. Please re-direct all your mail.
Our Tenancy Deposit Scheme will be informed of the particulars in your move out. We the will agree on the return of deposit via this third party.
