Listing fee

A listing fee of £65 is payable upon the listing of your property with Midas Letting agents

Let Only Fee

A Let only fee of £295 (In addition to the Listing fee) is payable upon finding suitable tenants for your property and for the signing of the contacts between ourselves (on your behalf) and the tenant.

You will then be responsible for the collect of rent and for the property itself, we will send you a copy of all documentation held by us on the tenant i.e. application form, references and ID. You also will be responsible in Securing the deposit with a Tenancy deposit scheme (new government legislation).

Methods of payment

We will pay you all monies, via Bank transfer or by Cheque on the 10th of each month following, you will also receive a full detailed report via email. We also can setup all landlord with online login details so you can view and produce statements for accountancy purposes.
