We understand that not all residents wish or are able to return home and we will continue to provide accommodation for all residents for the remainder of the semester.
We are available during office hours with any queries you may have, our maintenance support service will continue to run as normal operating our 24hr online ticket support service (please note that all maintenance issues will be looked at on a case by case basis with non-emergency works getting scheduled for a later date)
Please note that if you wish to remove out of your accommodation early because you are concerned about Coronavirus you will still remain liable for the rent on your room for the remainder of the contract.
