The relationship we develop with our landlords and the relationship we build with your tenants is the reason we're so successful.
Having entered into a written agreement with each landlord, the Midas marketing process swings into action and includes:
- Pre-advertising contact with suitable tenants on our database
- Comprehensive print and online advertising
- Marking the property with our distinctive 'To Let' signage
All necessary tenant/guarantor checks and references are undertaken by our credit-referencing agency. On receipt of a satisfactory report a:
- Short-hold tenancy agreement is negotiated
- Security deposit in advance
- First month rent collected
- Standing Orders established for ongoing collection
